The one person Dubai SME owners call
when their business has outgrown
WhatsApp and Excel.

I install the back office your business should have had two years ago. CRM, security, systems. One operator, 30 days, done.

2 client slots per month. That is the ceiling.

Dubai SME owners with 10 to 50 staff. You are bleeding deals through an invisible pipeline, or you are one phishing email away from a very bad week.

What I fix

You do not have time to hire an IT guy,
a CRM consultant, and a brand person.

You need one operator who handles the whole back office. Pick the ones that sound familiar. Most clients have at least four.

Leads live in WhatsApp and inboxes.

No one can see the pipeline. Deals slip and nobody notices until the month closes.

Your CRM exists but nobody uses it.

You paid for Zoho or HubSpot or Pipedrive. Three months later it is a graveyard.

Staff run on memory.

When someone is sick or quits, knowledge walks out the door with them.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is a mess.

Old accounts active. Shared drives nobody owns. Permissions handed out and never reviewed.

Devices nobody manages.

Laptops with no encryption, no backup, no idea who has what installed.

Tools you pay for and never use.

Five subscriptions doing what one tool could do. Nobody is tracking the bill.

Approvals and handovers happen by voice note.

It works until it does not. Then a customer is angry and nobody knows who dropped the ball.

Security is a vibe, not a system.

No MFA on critical accounts. Passwords in WhatsApp. No plan for when a phone is lost or stolen.

The promise

In 30 days, your pipeline becomes visible
or your company becomes secure and grown-up.

Zoho CRM live, sales team using it daily. Or Microsoft 365, Intune, device compliance, conditional access. You pick the door. I handle the rest end to end.

The Audit

AED 4,500

One week. Fixed scope.

I spend a week inside your business. CRM, ops, Microsoft 365 or Google, devices, access, security. You get a five-page report with the ten things hurting you most and the order to fix them in.

If you hire me to do the work after, the audit fee comes off the project. So this either pays for itself or gives you a roadmap a junior IT person can follow.

The Cleanup

AED 18,000 – 35,000

Four to eight weeks. Fixed scope.

I implement the audit. CRM rebuilt and adopted. Workflows mapped and automated. Microsoft 365 or Zoho rolled out properly. Devices enrolled in Intune. Access tightened. Security baseline set.

You get a working business spine, documentation your team can actually read, and one person who owns every line of it. Me.

Talk about scope
Limited — 2 slots / month

The Operator Retainer

AED 6,500 / month

Three-month minimum.

For founders who want me on call after the cleanup is done. New tools, new hires, new policies, anything that touches systems. You get priority response, monthly check-ins, and a person who already knows your stack inside out.

Cheaper than a junior hire. Senior on day one. Capped at two clients per month so the answer is never "let me check with my team."

The guarantee

If the system is not live and in daily use by day 30,
I keep working for free until it is.

No new invoice. No excuses.

Bonus 1

Async delivery.

Two 45-minute calls a week, maximum. Everything else happens in the background while you run your business.

Bonus 2

Team onboarding session.

Free 60-minute live session with your team. I have trained sales floors in chemical trading, freight, and commodities. I know how to handle the "we have always done it on WhatsApp" crowd.

Bonus 3

30 days of post-launch support.

Bugs, tweaks, user questions. All on me. You are not abandoned the moment the invoice clears.

Proof of work

Currently embedded in two operating businesses.

I am not a consultant who left operating roles to teach what I forgot. I am still in the seat.

We brought Yasir in to sort out a CRM mess and he ended up rebuilding the way the entire company works day to day. Our pipeline is visible for the first time, our Microsoft 365 is finally clean, and our team actually uses the tools we pay for. He works like an owner, not a vendor.

ELBA Group

Dubai

Yasir is the rare consultant who does the work himself. He audited our operations, gave us a fix order we could actually follow, and then delivered it on time and on budget. Our devices, access and security are handled properly now. I recommend him to any founder who is tired of agencies that overpromise.

Who

Engineer by training.
Operator by trade.

I am Yasir Ijaz. Pakistani electrical engineer. Three years in Dubai. I run digital operations and IT for ELBA Group and MNH during the day, which means everything on this site is something I do for real money, not a slide I learned at a workshop.

My background is unusual for a digital operations consultant. Electrical engineering, then corporate intelligence and OSINT, then CRM and RevOps, then full-stack IT and security for SMEs. Most consultants pick one of those lanes. I work where they meet, because that is where founder-led businesses actually break.

I am a UAE-licensed amateur radio operator. A Toastmaster of five years. I think fast and talk faster. I am the person you call when six small things are slightly broken at once and nobody owns the problem.

Why me

Most Dubai agencies sell you a founder
and deliver you a junior.

You meet a sharp operator in the pitch. Then the work goes to a 22-year-old you have never met. I do not work that way.

Questions

What founders ask before they book.

Are you an MSP?+

No. I am not selling you a help desk or a managed antivirus contract. I rebuild the operational spine of your business and then optionally stay on retainer. If you need 24/7 IT support, I can refer you to a real MSP.

Do you work remotely or on-site?+

Both. Cleanup work usually needs me on-site for the first week so I can see how the team actually uses tools. After that, most of it is remote.

Which CRMs and tools do you actually use?+

Zoho One, Pipedrive, HubSpot for CRM. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for productivity. Intune for device management. Make and Zapier for automation. I will not recommend a tool I have not used in production.

What if I already have an IT guy?+

Good. I am not your IT guy. I am the person who decides what your IT guy should be doing. I work alongside existing technical staff, I do not replace them.

How fast can you start?+

Audits start within two weeks of payment. Cleanups start within four weeks. Retainer slots open up only when an existing client moves on.

What size company is this for?+

Founder-led companies with 10 to 50 staff and real revenue. If you have under 10 people, you do not need me yet. If you have over 50, you need a full-time head of operations, not a consultant.

What does the audit actually look like?+

Five days of access to your tools and your team. A five-page document at the end. Top ten issues. Fix order. Effort estimates. Specific recommendations, not generic advice.

Why no fixed price on The Cleanup?+

The range is fixed (AED 18,000 to 35,000). The exact number depends on what the audit finds. You see the price before you sign. No surprises.

Next step

Two clients per month.
That is the ceiling.

I still hold a full-time role and consult for two other firms, so two slots is the honest limit on quality delivery. When they are booked, you wait for next month.

Book a 15-minute call. No pitch, no pressure. We will see if your business is at the stage this is built for.
